What Our Terms Cover

Your account runs on one written set of rules, and this page states them in plain English rather than legal padding.

DATA HANDLING

How We Hold Your Details

Everything tied to your account — name, mobile number, wallet ID, the record of what came in and went out — is held so we can run the account and answer a question when you raise one. Cookies keep you signed in between screens and remember your language; they are not there to follow you around other sites. Login needs a one-time code sent to your phone, so a stolen password alone does not open the account. You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for closure whenever you want.

What we store

Your profile name, mobile number, wallet ID and the record of deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer. That is what we need to run the account and settle a query.

Cookies and sessions

A session cookie keeps you signed in while you move between the wallet and the lobby. Clearing cookies on a shared phone signs you out, which is what you want on a handset you do not own.

Login security

Each sign-in needs a one-time code to your registered number. If the code stops arriving, tell support rather than opening a second account, because duplicates can freeze the balance on both.

Keeping and correcting

We hold account records while the account is open and for the period after closure that settlements and audits need. Ask support to correct a wrong number, or to delete what we no longer need.

HELP DESK

Reaching Us About a Clause

Ask us before you act on a clause you are unsure about. Support answers account questions in English and logs each message against your file, so the next agent picks up where the last one left off instead of starting over. Keep the wallet reference from your bKash, Nagad or Rocket receipt nearby; it is the quickest way to trace a payment that has not landed. A dispute raised early is easier on both sides than one raised after the money has moved twice, whether you are in Dhaka or elsewhere in Bangladesh.

Team online

Help tab chat

Chat opens from the help tab once you are logged in. Paste the reference from your bKash or Nagad receipt and the agent can trace the payment without asking you to repeat the story.

Support mailbox

Write to us for anything you want on record: a closure request, a clause you disagree with, or a document check. Keep the ticket number we send back so the thread stays together.

Wallet name checks

We compare the name on your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account with the name on your profile. If they differ, send a clear photo of the receipt and a short reason for the mismatch.

Questions We Get About Terms

The same handful of questions reaches our support desk every week. Below are the answers we give most often, written the way we would say them on chat: what the terms cover, what you can ask us to change, and what happens when a wallet payment goes wrong. If your case is not here, message us and we will answer it directly. We update this list whenever the wording on the page changes.

Yes. A deposit through any of those wallets, or through Upay and bank transfer, follows the same rules on ownership, verification and reversal. The rail changes, the account terms do not.

Ask support and we start the closure. Any balance that belongs to you goes back through the method you funded with, after the usual name check on your wallet.

The page shows the new wording with a revised date and a line on what changed. Using the account after that date means the updated version covers you.

Access depends on your local law and eligible regions, so a login from another country may be blocked until we check it with you. Tell support before you travel if you plan to use the account.

Only the verification desk handling your case. We match the name on the receipt to your profile and then restrict who can reopen the file. Ask support if you want to know what is held.

Check the number on your profile first, then ask support to resend it. Do not open a second account to get around it, because two accounts on one person sit outside these terms.
